Job Opportunity: Floor Manager

The role of Floor Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an individual who embodies the essence of exceptional leadership and customer service.

  • As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an outstanding client experience, setting high standards for performance and quality.
  • You will drive a culture of excellence, promoting a selling environment that consistently exceeds KPIs and fosters growth and development among your team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Through effective utilization and interpretation of reporting data, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to support operational decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as you will facilitate open dialogue with your team, providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
  • As the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters, you will confidently make store decisions, exercising sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
