Restaurant Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and maintain a strong presence on the floor at our well-established waterfront venue.
The ideal candidate will be able to balance service demands with Back-of-House duties, make decisions under pressure, and encourage team morale and productivity.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Supervisor or Assistant Management role within a busy restaurant
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the venue and ensure smooth service from open to close
- Maintain a positive and professional environment by engaging with guests and staff
- Lead by example and encourage team consistency and productivity
