The Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations across all departments, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and alignment with our strategic objectives.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership across all departments including service delivery, human resources, compliance, finance, and administration.
  • Oversee and support department heads to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our organisational values.
  • Ensure all services meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
  • Report on key performance indicators, risks, and strategic objectives.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in senior leadership positions, preferably within the disability or community services sectors. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is essential for this role.


A strong understanding of NDIS and relevant regulatory frameworks is also required.


Desirable qualifications include tertiary qualifications in business management, health, social work, or a related field, as well as previous experience working within the disability sector.
