Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily management of our uniform program. This role requires effective coordination with vendors, accurate stock monitoring, and timely financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the uniform program.
  • Coordinate vendor engagement and monitor stock levels.
  • Support the parent uniform subsidy program and handle financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Prepare regular financial and performance reports for uniforms.
Qualifications
  • Vendor and supply chain management: experience managing external suppliers and tracking inventory.
  • Financial acumen: ability to reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports.
  • Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-solving: strong ability to resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently.
About You
  • Prior experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management (education or retail sector preferred).
  • Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
