Job Title: Town Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Town Planner to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a key role within our leadership team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in town planning, with excellent communication and project management skills.

They will be responsible for advising significant clients from project scoping through to approval and project delivery, including constraints and opportunity analysis, advising on approval pathways, technical review and editing of reports and submissions to gain all relevant approvals, client communication, project management, engaging and managing internal and external specialist consultants as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in town planning
  • A can-do attitude and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
