About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Immaculate Heart Outside School Hours Care in Leichhardt. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging recreational and educational programs that promote children's well-being and learning.
  • Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families, and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational philosophy.
Requirements
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Be passionate about the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Exhibit effective workplace communication skills.
