About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist to join our team. As the public face of CommBank, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to millions of customers.

This is a unique opportunity to positively impact customers' lives and be there for them when they need us. You will work closely with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
