Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality community development and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee project management, including planning, execution, and quality control, to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, focusing on strong client relationships, market knowledge, and innovative solutions to expand our project pipeline.
  • Cultivate a high-performance team environment, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional development through regular coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, encompassing design, delivery, and management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, inspiring and developing high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, coupled with strong project management skills, including budgeting, resourcing, and meeting performance metrics.
