We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing and retiring infrastructure that supports digital services. Your expertise in ICT platforms will enable you to provide expert advice on the management and maintenance of those platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, evaluate and implement infrastructure requirements to meet future infrastructure demand">
  • Provide technical support for project build, test and solution deployment activities">
  • Maintain documentation including design documentation, implementation plans, test plans and support procedures">
  • Participate in change management process and communicate end-to-end implications of configuration changes">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you must have at least five years' demonstrated experience in designing, managing and maintaining internet gateway and/or large-scale data centre networking environment. You should also have experience with F5/Blue Coat Layer 4-7 switching/load balancing and proxy systems, as well as Cisco Data Centre technologies such as Cisco ACI, Cisco Routers and Nexus switches.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of Australian Government information security policies and the ASD Information Security Manual. The ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance is also required.
