About Your Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring Credit coverage of all issuers under the team's responsibility, working closely with the Head of Research and the Research Associate.
Credit Coverage involves initial and ongoing credit assessment of issuers in several sectors, which is disseminated through the production and release of ongoing credit research.
You will be responsible for producing comprehensive credit research, including financial forecasts, on issuers in relevant sectors, and staying up-to-date with corporate events and regulatory developments.
The role also involves preparing collateral to enable the trading of new bonds on the FIIG platform, supporting the Investment Strategy team, and contributing to trade opportunity ideas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality credit research, including financial forecasts, on issuers in relevant sectors.
- Stay up-to-date with corporate events and regulatory developments, and produce short-form reports as needed.
- Prepare collateral to facilitate the trading of new bonds on the FIIG platform.
- Support the Investment Strategy team by contributing to trade opportunity ideas.
- Become familiar with rating agency views and methodologies.
- Participate in the daily morning meeting and contribute to various publications.
