Key Role: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Systems Engineer to contribute to the operational success of our InfraBuild Steel manufacturing departments. This role will involve supporting existing IT capabilities and delivering enhanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support modern Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and associated systems.
  • Work as the lead PL/SQL developer on the team, coordinating and assisting with project tasks.
  • Deliver application enhancements and upgrades, and provide 24x7 on-call support.
  • Analyze requirements, translate them into solution design and specification, ensure quality through structured testing and reviewing, and create training material and aid in intra-team training on SQL development.
Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline is highly desired. Previous experience delivering and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is also required.
