Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of workers compensation and motor vehicle accident claims. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law and develop your skills as a solicitor.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and have direct client contact from the outset. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise into other areas of personal injury law. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of workers compensation and motor vehicle accident claims
  • Work closely with experienced lawyers and have direct client contact
  • Develop expertise in personal injury law and broaden into other areas
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a newly admitted Solicitor or have up to 3 years' post-admission experience. Ideally, you will have some exposure to personal injury law. Alternatively, you may have experience in civil or commercial litigation and be keen to transition into the personal injury space. A passion for advocacy, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach are essential.
