As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering a high-quality Vacation Care Program for primary school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Provide individualized support and activities for children with additional needs, working closely with families and external agencies to develop aligned support plans.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to occupational, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to promote engagement, participation, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification at Diploma level or higher in Out of School Hours Services, Recreation, Youth, Teaching, or a related discipline.
  • Current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate and current Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Anaphylaxis Management and Adrenaline auto-injection device training.
  • Emergency Asthma Management Training.
