We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. If you have experience in cost engineering and productivity on civil earthworks projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative construction methodologies, working closely with supervisors and the workforce to eliminate repetitive activities, and assisting project engineers with tasks delegated by the project manager.

Additionally, they will monitor the program throughout the life of the project, ensuring milestones are completed on time, and assist with planning resources required to achieve the construction program.

They will also assist with procuring materials and subcontractors, recognize variations and quantity changes, and provide information for end-of-month project costs reports.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a Civil Engineering degree, minimum 2 years' experience in cost engineering/productivity on civil earthworks/complex infrastructure/road/bridge projects, and sound technical knowledge.

They must be able to work effectively as part of a team driven by success, possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated and adaptable.

Travel and working away from home may be required.
