Compactor Operator Role

The role of a Compactor Operator is to operate and maintain compactor machines on civil construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

This position requires strong technical skills, including the ability to operate heavy machinery, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards. A valid license and certificates for operating heavy machinery, as well as experience in operating a compactor, are essential qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
