Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee the technical execution of propulsion development projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and skilled individual to make a real impact in the field of rocket propulsion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical direction, resource management, and team leadership to support program objectives
  • Oversight of propulsion system architecture trade studies, system integration activities, and design reviews
  • Management of a multidisciplinary propulsion engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong collaboration with program management to develop project plans, schedules, and milestones
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 8+ years in a professional engineering setting (excluding internships)
  • CAD Skills: Highly developed CAD skills, preferably with SolidWorks
  • Analysis Skills: Highly developed analysis skills with commercial FEA or multiphysics simulation packages (ANSYS preferred)
  • Knowledge: ECSS (E-10/30/60), Mil, and NASA standards
