The Senior Family Services Worker position is a key role within the Integrated Family Services Team at Castlemaine Health, working collaboratively with various agencies to provide a predominantly outreach-based response to disadvantaged or vulnerable families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level family work, case management, and cross-sectoral collaboration services to families in need.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support families in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
- Work closely with other agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated response to family needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the health and well-being of families.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Child & Family Welfare, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience.
- Demonstrated high-level skills and experience in family work, case management, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and high-level communication skills.
