Senior Research Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Research Fellow. As part of this role, you will be working on various research projects related to structural engineering, with a focus on the application of advanced materials such as fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites for repair, rehabilitation, and construction.
You will be responsible for conducting experiments, collecting data, and analysing results to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems. Your work will involve close collaboration with our team of world-class researchers and academics, who are leaders in their fields and have a strong track record of publication and grant success.

- A PhD in Civil Engineering specialising in Structural Engineering or a related field
- A strong background in research, with a proven track record of publication and grant success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong problem-solving approach
- Experience in experimentation and modelling of structures or structural elements
