Job Summary:

LikeMind is seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Penrith. As a Private Sector Opportunity, this role offers a unique chance to work in a flexible and autonomous environment, providing Clinical Services to individuals and families.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join our team. As a Private Practice Position, this role offers a competitive profit share arrangement, full administrative support, and the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Provide Medicare-funded clinical services to individuals and families, working within your relevant professional scope of practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of service delivery strategies to improve outcomes for clients.

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Qualifications in clinical psychology, social work, or occupational therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Eligibility to provide services under Medicare.
  • Experience working in mental health services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and autonomous environment.
