**Job Description:**

Coles has introduced a career-defining retail leadership program to transform passionate retail leaders into future Store Managers. The program is designed for high-potential candidates who want to accelerate their progression into a Store Manager role.

As part of this program, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

The program aims to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores and achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles over time.

  • Leadership skills with commercial nous
  • Passion for developing others
  • Drive to make a real difference to the local community

**Benefits:**

On successful completion of the program, you will be fully prepared for your appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets. You will have significant P&L accountability and the chance to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.

You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group.
