Retail Leadership Accelerator Position

Develop passionate retail leaders into our next generation of Store Managers through a career-defining leadership program.
About the ProgramThis initiative has been created for high-potential candidates to accelerate their progression into a Store Manager role.
Experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching within a close-knit cohort.
Aim to increase female representation in leadership roles and achieve substantive equality for women in leadership positions.
Applications are open for our next cohort, with successful candidates expected to start a 6-month blended work and tailored development program in the coming months.
What You'll AchieveOn successful completion, you will be fully prepared for appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets.
In this highly autonomous role, manage upwards of 100+ employees with significant P&L accountability and the chance to stretch your leadership capability.
Receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group.
About YouWe're looking for commercial-savvy individuals with a passion for developing others and a drive to make a real difference in their local community.
Naturally enthusiastic and energetic, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
While experience working in a retail environment is preferred, success requires being highly perceptive, resourceful, and innovative with the ability to delegate to team leaders to deliver key commercial outcomes.
Prior experience in full accountability for a P&L and leading large, high-performing teams is essential.
