We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Solutions Specialist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will partner with clients to deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing services.
Key Responsibilities- Scope and deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions to support organisational wellbeing.
- Develop and implement proactive wellbeing programs to promote positive mental health and prevent psychological injury.
- Collaborate with clients to review and align organisational strategies and programs with their mental health and wellbeing goals.
As a Mental Health Solutions Specialist with Advanced Personnel Management, you will have access to strong organisational consulting leadership and ongoing professional development opportunities. You will also have the flexibility to work from home, visit organisations, and travel (when required).
Requirements- Experience consulting to organisations in mental health and wellbeing, workplace psychology, and related HR/OHS fields.
- Qualification in Psychology, Social Work (Mental Health Accreditation is preferred for Social Workers), or related degree.
- Registration with relevant industry body is desirable.
