Visionary Program Manager Wanted

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our business development and project lifecycles.
- Develop and maintain a business development system that leads to a sustainable pipeline of work.
- Lead, manage, and execute tender responses and all proposals for work above a set threshold.
- Plan and package works that are safe, compliant, and profitable.
- Initiate and engage external support to fill resource and skills gaps.
- Effectively communicate work packages to the Operations Manager for implementation.
- Advise senior leaders on the status and progress of future and current works.
- Negotiate, monitor, and adjust contract terms over the project lifecycle with clients.
The successful candidate will have:
- Mandatory qualifications: Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or higher, Diploma in Project Management or higher.
- Desirable qualifications: demonstrated experience in a comparable position, RIW/RSW Card.
- Strong leadership and management skills; excellent time management; strong business management skills within a multi-faceted operation.
- Strategic, planning, and financial acumen; computer skills (Office suite, Workflow Max); risk management skills; problem-solving ability; opportunity recognition; and strong communication skills.
