About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Quantity Surveyors/Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team for the Byford Rail Extension project in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the project, while protecting the company from commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the commercial requirements of the project, including procurement and contract administration
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs
- Maintain registers and productivity on the project, adhering to Laing O'Rourke's safety policies and procedures
About You
- A construction management, building, or engineering degree, or equivalent, coupled with extensive post-graduate experience in contract administration within the construction industry
- Already obtained or working towards MRICS
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration
