Finance Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned finance professional, you will have the opportunity to lead our regional finance team and drive strategic growth.

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting across APAC. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

  • Acting as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partnering with global finance leaders to ensure alignment of processes and reporting.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team, building capability and supporting succession planning.
  • Overseeing financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing audits and liaising with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Developing and monitoring finance policies and reporting frameworks to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
  • Providing variance analysis and insights to inform business performance and financial decision-making.
  • Driving risk management and compliance initiatives across the APAC region.
