Job Description

As a Christmas Casual, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across various areas of our stores. You will provide exceptional service, assist with merchandising, and support the efficient delivery of stock into store.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in a variety of roles, from customer-facing to back-of-house tasks.
  • Providing high levels of customer service, including pre-sale, sale, and post-sale interactions.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with product merchandising.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Requirements

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
