Seasonal Retail Team Member

At a dynamic retail environment, we are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Seasonal Associate to join our team for the seasonal Christmas period.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging product knowledge and providing solutions to customers. This includes creating a shoppable environment, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring the store is set up for promotions and sales.

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, who can work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service for multiple customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a dynamic retail setting.

  • Provide superior customer service to each person who walks through the store
  • Ensure stores are open and ready to be shopped by customers
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, file and tidy the shopfloor, and get the store set up for promotions and sales
  • Work with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and research and describe product features and benefits
  • Recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs or desires
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations
  • Report safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop
