About the Role

The Youth Work Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our youth services, including rostering and timesheet management for Youth Workers in the Robina and Springwood Region. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-person attendance at our offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare rosters to ensure risks are managed and staff levels reflect the needs of clients.
  • Monitor and support the coordination of new Youth Workers, including induction and onboarding.
  • Complete timesheets and approvals in Kronos.
  • Monitor schedules (such as grey fleet, probity) for the program.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Child Welfare or health related fields with significant co-ordination experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trends and contemporary practices regarding child protection and in-home and out-of-home care programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant legislation regarding child protection and in-home and out-of-home care programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals, families and/or groups from a strength-based culturally appropriate perspective.
  • Current Driver Licence.
