Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our digital sales and marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Strategic Digital Management
  • Developing and implementing efficient social media strategies for the hand tools industry
  • Planning and creating engaging content for publication across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining a customer-centric community management approach
Digital Sales and Marketing Execution
  • Designing and updating sales materials
  • Collaborating with our Online Marketing Team to manage online campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, display advertising) across our channels and customer channels
  • Coordinating online marketing activities with selected customers
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversions, and performance by product and region
  • Tracking market trends and competitive developments in the B2B & B2C sector

Requirements

  • Prior experience in hand tools or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital sales and marketing tools and KPIs
  • An ideal candidate would have qualifications or be studying with a focus on marketing and sales
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Professional experience in (B2C/B2B) marketing on digital platforms
  • Digital expertise in areas of content marketing and social media
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
