Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the success of our regional operations in Ipswich, Queensland. As Regional Performance Director, you will have full responsibility for the safety, growth, and profitability of the region.

You will be responsible for maximising opportunities with existing and new clients, delivering agreed sales and operational targets, and developing relationships with major clients. You will also provide inspirational leadership to a large and professional team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic and operational expertise, with solid practical skills and knowledge in developing team capabilities. Engineering and/or commercial qualifications are desirable, and experience in pivotal leadership positions within related heavy manufacturing sectors is highly regarded.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team. A proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency would be beneficial.
