Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving design coordination, procurement, and works planning for our large civil projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with compliance to documentation requirements;
  • Reviewing and planning projects to ensure technical aspects are clear and contractual arrangements are understood;
  • Providing a focal point for technical-based queries from subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Liaising with designers, construction superintendents, project managers, and planners regarding schedule issues and status of activities;
  • Overseeing the preparation of inspection and test plans and associated project procedures;
  • Assisting with procurement and purchases of goods and services;
  • Performing risk assessments and suggesting mitigation strategies to prevent incidents and injuries;
  • Assisting with monthly reports and attending report meetings with clients;
  • Completing administration tasks associated with direct or indirect reports.
