Electrical Project Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at Arundel with travel to sites across the Gold Coast region.

This role will play a vital part in delivering high-quality electrical projects and contributing to the success of our team.

  • You will provide technical expertise, guidance and advice to operations teams, ensuring ongoing improvement of work processes and service delivery.
  • Develop project documentation including technical reports, scopes of works, construction methodologies and project performance/progress.
  • Review project documents for compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Implement quality assurance into project delivery.
  • Assist with tender documentation, process and procurement activities.
  • Ensure design is completed within expected timeframes and checked against budgets during development.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. A strong communication and sub-contractor management skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, solid knowledge of Australian electrical Standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Prior experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the water and/or wastewater industry, is highly desirable.
