Job Title: Infrastructure and Security Implementation Lead

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Security Implementation Lead to join our Digital Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Develop and track key activity milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage IT vendors for change and release management while tracking financials, including budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee test plan development and UAT activities to ensure all requirements are met before deployment
  • Identify, monitor, and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with infrastructure and security changes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and successful outcomes
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including training for impacted system users and administrators
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in managing complex ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple changes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and deliver outputs for both yourself and your team
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and deliver outcomes
