Studio Manager Job Description

Drive business growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive studio environment as our new Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent high-quality class delivery, promoting an energetic and welcoming atmosphere for members.
  • Lead the studio team, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Grow membership base, increasing revenue through acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Develop referral programs, ensure sales processes are followed and manage daily operational procedures.
  • Maintain local marketing and social media platforms, ensuring all systems and practices are up-to-date.
  • Develop business partnerships and ensure studio cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements
  • 1+ year's experience in Studio Managing with a background in Personal Training or Group Fitness.
  • Cert III + First Aid Certified.
  • Passionate about changing lives and representing the F45 values.
  • Loyal, honest and willing to learn new skills.
