Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists
    • Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity
    • Develop succession plans to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Create and manage rosters to ensure all tasks are covered
    • Work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven experience in leading and developing a team
    • Strong coaching and training skills
    • Ability to develop and implement succession plans
  • Operations Management
    • Experience in creating and managing rosters
    • Ability to work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities
