Job Title: Proactive Services Team Lead

Join Woolworths Group, a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand, as a Proactive Services Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning and trolley collection professionals to ensure our stores are in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of cleaning and trolley collection professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coach and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Create and manage rosters to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities.
  • Develop succession plans to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Complete time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Order consumables, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain them within a budget.
Requirements:
  • Flexible availability to work across early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.
  • Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.
  • Organizational skills to ensure team members have the necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with regulated frameworks, such as Food Safety and industrial regulations.
  • Valid full Australian driver's license (Green P's or full license) for collecting trolleys using company vehicles.
