In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping Australia's future workforce capabilities and driving sector-wide reforms through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to design and implement scalable workforce programs that address emerging technologies such as electrification, digitalization, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Partner with unions, RTOs, and government entities to deliver high-impact VET reform initiatives that prioritize quality, responsiveness, and innovation.
  • Oversee technical advisory groups to ensure products are informed by industry expertise and real-world experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based, inclusive, and impactful capability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Substantial experience in vocational education, higher education, workforce development, or skills policy at a senior level

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and co-design capabilities
