Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals’ nutrition and dietetic needs, and provide effective interventions across all age groups.
- Train support workers and family members on the participants’ specific nutrition requirements.
- Develop high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical case notes.
- Provide personalized support through face-to-face meetings in home/community settings and telehealth appointments when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless participant care.
The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel. Additionally, they should have at least one year of experience working in private practice or hospital settings.
