**Job Overview:**
At Healthiest Version of You, we strive to deliver personalized dietetic care. Our approach is built on compassion, understanding, and empowerment, supporting independence through tailored services such as individual consultations, meal planning, report writing, and staff training.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for NDIS participants across various age groups.

2. Train support workers and family members on the specific nutritional needs of our clients.

3. Develop high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical records for each participant.

4. Provide face-to-face support in home or community settings, along with telehealth appointments when necessary.

5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive participant care.

**Requirements:**

- Possess a driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.

- Membership with Dietitians Australia.

- Working with Children Check.

- CPR and First Aid certification.

- At least one year of experience in private practice or hospital settings.

- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance (minimum $10 million).

- Police Check.

- NDIS worker screening card.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
