Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a Claims Specialist to manage claims proactively and provide exceptional satisfaction for key partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will ensure legitimate claims are paid in accordance with policy conditions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders including Builders, Engineers, Assessors, Brokers, Strata Managers and internal teams is a key aspect of this role.
  • The Claims Specialist will refer claims exceeding authority and identify improvement areas for claims processes and procedures.
About You
  • Prior industry experience is essential, with general insurance claims experience highly regarded.
  • The ideal candidate must have full working rights in Australia.
