Job Description

This role involves operating as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in implementing optimal information systems, resources, and controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.

You'll work closely with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and improve information systems, facilitating the business internal control process and performing information technology control engagements with other assurance and technology risk professionals.

This position is based in major cities across Australia and offers flexible working arrangements. Please discuss options with your manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead fieldwork teams to implement efficient information systems and controls for clients.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree qualification in finance, business, accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accreditations such as CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP are preferred.
  • For the Canberra office, current Australian security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required. Australian citizenship is necessary for obtaining an Australian Government security clearance.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A passion for emerging technologies and advising clients on IT risk management.
  • The ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility among engagement team members, utilizing current technology, project management skills, and tools to enhance deliverables and services.
  • Knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
