We're seeking a highly skilled Car Sales Expert to join our team.

The role will involve delivering exceptional customer experiences through test drives, car delivery, and pick-up processes.

You'll work closely with our customer operations team to ensure smooth handovers and meet customer satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing Cars24 as the primary point of contact for customers during test drives
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, building trust through timely communication and reliability
  • Liaising with the customer operations team to coordinate car deliveries and pickups
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including paperwork completion
  • Learning how to assess cars for delivery or pickup, with training provided by Cars24
  • Contributing to the development of customer-facing processes in our new business

A valid driver's license is required for this role, and you'll need to undergo a police and background check. Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
