Key Performance Indicators:
  • Determine market possibilities for new aftermarket products and develop strategies to extend the market for established products.
  • Implement processes and initiatives to roll out Gardner Denver Service and Spares programs, including signing service contracts with new customers and key accounts.
  • Establish Voice of Customer orientated surveys to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and evaluate Aftermarket opportunities and understand customer requirements for Industrial Sales and Aftermarket business units.
  • Maintain knowledge of day-to-day market development and accurately assess and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Support Customer Service Manager, Sales Specialists, Internal Personnel and External Customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales growth objectives.
