Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Road Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our road widening project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in road infrastructure construction and be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction of road infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
  • A relevant academic qualification – Bachelor in Civil Engineering or higher.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in road infrastructure construction, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of road infrastructure construction, including design, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • A strong understanding of WHS principles and practices.
