Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for individuals with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in individuals of all ages;
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address communication goals;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support;
- Provide education and training to individuals, families, and carers on communication strategies and techniques;
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and outcomes.
- Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university;
- Registration with AHPRA/SPA/ESSA or eligibility to register;
- Experience working with adults and children with communication disorders;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
