About the role: We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Sydney as a Client Advisor. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring exceptional care and communication, supporting and working harmoniously with audiologists.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer interactions at the front desk, including greeting and meeting new customers.
- Managing sales inquiries and contributing to the store's success.
- Representing Amplifon values, mission, and vision to customers.
- Fostering customer satisfaction through excellent relationships, information provision, and quality services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with experience in internal databases or appointment booking systems preferred.
- Sales skills, with the ability to support audiologists in servicing clients and achieving sales targets.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with other departments.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
- Understanding of and commitment to Amplifon's vision and values.
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
