We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Hearing Care Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping people to rediscover the emotions of sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hearing screening checks and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer support, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Confirm and schedule customer appointments through diary management.
  • Source external lead generation opportunities and implement local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
  • Assist clinics to perform effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to audiologists and clinics, enhancing overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Good computer skills and technical aptitude, with proficiency in software applications and systems.
  • Previous administration experience is an asset, although full training will be provided.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for occasional travel between clinics.
