Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, plus exceptional professional development opportunities equating up to AU$20,000 a year. Enjoy flexibility in working hours, compressed hours, and the option for both part-time and full-time positions.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Physiotherapist in our Canberra site, where you will be part of a large multidisciplinary team of 14 professionals. You will have the chance to work independently and collaboratively, allowing you to make informed decisions that shape the care provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with various physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and provide regular updates to families and carers
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address barriers to access and equity
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Physiotherapy (Master's or Bachelor's degree)
- Evidence of current AHPRA registration or a willingness to attain it
- A current driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
