  • Accounts Payable:
    • Review all supplier invoices for accuracy and ensure they are processed efficiently
    • Prepare and process the supplier pay run weekly
    • Send payable reports to the financial controller for approval
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Prepare and issue customer sales invoices
    • Follow customers' AP processes to ensure efficient processing
    • Prepare a weekly debtor report for review by the financial controller
  • Bank Reconciliation:
    • Match credit card receipts to bank statement lines
  • Other Tasks:
    • Review trade creditor listing
    • Review trade debtor listing and follow up on overdue amounts
    • Reconcile statement accounts
