Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Victoria office, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and handling general office administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, daily scheduling and fleet tracking.
- Manage our asset register, including equipment maintenance and calibration, and ensure that all assets are properly accounted for.
- Organise and host various events and functions, including monthly lunches, mid-year events and Christmas functions for the office.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Australian Driver Licence (required)
- Administrative experience with strong organisation & time-management skills, attention to detail & can work autonomously
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering effective solutions around fleet, facilities & personnel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
